Silhouette is a reference.
It exists to show the kind of properties Élitaire works with and the standards applied while
curating them. These are not recommendations, rankings, or a complete list. They are
examples of places that align with how stays are evaluated, selected, and revisited over time.
Each property included here reflects a specific balance of privacy, restraint, and repeatability.
The intention is not to display range, but to indicate taste. Silhouette changes slowly and
deliberately, as relationships deepen and patterns of travel become clearer.
Amanzi
LONAVALA, MAHARASHTRA
Amanzi sits quietly within the hills of Lonavala, shaped around space, elevation, and uninterrupted outlooks. The property unfolds gradually, with open volumes, long sightlines, and an emphasis on stillness rather than activity. There is little here that asks for attention. Time settles easily. Days remain unstructured. The environment does most of the work.
Masai, Lonavala
LONAVALA, MAHARASHTRA
Masai is positioned along the hills of Lonavala, oriented toward openness and horizon. The property is expansive but composed, with wide lawns, long approaches, and architecture that prioritises space over density. Movement here is slow by default. The scale allows for distance between guests, and the layout encourages time spent outdoors rather than within defined interiors.
Postcard Arabian Sea
ARABIAN sea
Postcard Arabian Sea is set along the coast, facing open water with little interruption. The property is modest in scale, allowing the sea to remain the primary presence. Architecture stays low and unobtrusive, designed to frame light, horizon, and movement rather than compete with it. Days here are guided by tide and sky. There is a natural rhythm to the place, shaped by sound, air, and the passing of time.
Silhouette is not designed to be browsed for choice.
It is meant to give context to how Élitaire thinks about stays, and why certain properties
continue to matter while others fall away. Access to these properties, and others like them, is
handled through membership and personal curation rather than listings or availability grids.
What appears here is only a glimpse.
The larger body of work remains private, shaped by timing, preference, and continuity
