- These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the Élitaire by P&H website and services.
- By accessing the website, submitting an application, or using any Élitaire services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
- Élitaire by P&H is a membership-based leisure travel service operated under PackandHop.
- Access to Élitaire is subject to application review and approval.
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance or membership.
- Élitaire reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
- Membership is valid for 15 months from the date of activation.
- Membership must be renewed at the end of each validity period to continue access.
- The membership fee is payable upon application submission.
- If an application is not accepted, the transferred amount will be refunded as communicated.
- Once membership is activated, the membership fee is non-refundable.
- Membership benefits, inclusions, and features may be updated or modified at Élitaire’s discretion.
- Élitaire does not operate as a booking platform or listing marketplace.
- Accommodation costs, taxes, and property-specific charges are payable separately unless explicitly stated.
- Élitaire does not guarantee availability at any property, room category, or date.
- All stays are subject to property availability and prevailing operational conditions.
- Élitaire acts solely as a curator and facilitator and does not own or operate partner properties.
- Property-specific rules, policies, and restrictions apply during all stays.
- Members are responsible for complying with the policies of the property they stay at.
- Élitaire Reserves function as internal credits within the Élitaire system.
- Reserves may be applied toward room tariffs or curated experiences, subject to eligibility and availability
- .Reserves have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Élitaire system.
- Unused Reserves may expire upon membership expiry or as otherwise communicated.
- Experiences and in-stay arrangements are optional and provided only upon request.
- Prices for experiences or upgrades may vary based on property, timing, and availability.
- Élitaire is not responsible for disruptions caused by weather, force majeure events, or property-level operational constraints.
- Content displayed on the website is provided for general reference and informational purposes.
- Images used on the website may include visuals provided directly by partner properties, images sourced from partner properties’ official websites, licensed stock images, or publicly available reference imagery.
- Such images are used to convey context and ambience and may not represent the exact room, layout, view, or configuration available at the time of booking.

- All intellectual property displayed on the website belongs to its respective owners.
