P&H Soirée
01
On Occasion
Soirée exists to mark time, not fill it. Once a year, members are brought together for an
evening that is unhurried and without agenda. It is less an event, and more a pause, designed
to be remembered quietly rather than documented.
02
On Timing
Soirée takes place every year on the evening of 27 November. The date remains fixed so it
does not compete for attention. Familiarity replaces anticipation. The gathering arrives
calmly, as something known rather than announced.
03
On Setting
The setting of Soirée changes, but its tone does not. Locations are chosen for ease, privacy,
and atmosphere rather than scale. The intention is to allow conversation to unfold naturally,
without structure or obligation
04
On Restraint
Soirée avoids programming. There are no formal introductions, no schedules, and no
expectation to participate. Members arrive, stay as long as they wish, and leave when the
moment feels complete. Restraint allows the evening to remain personal.
05
On What It Allows
Soirée allows familiarity to form without effort. Faces become recognisable. Conversations
remain light. There is no networking, only presence. The evening exists simply to connect
time, place, and people who travel with similar intent.
06
In Practice
Soirée is extended by invitation to members who have travelled with Élitaire during the year.
Attendance is optional. Nothing is recorded. Nothing is repeated. The evening exists once,
then settles into memory.
Soirée exists to be shared quietly.
