On Purpose
Pass exists for times when a member is not travelling themselves. It allows one considered
stay to be extended to someone else, without changing the nature of Élitaire. The intention is
not access at scale, but continuity through trust.

On Discretion
Pass is extended selectively. It is neither automatic nor transferable without thought. The
decision rests with the member, and the experience remains framed by the same standards of
placement, restraint, and care that define Élitaire itself.

On Boundaries
Pass does not open the club. It does not replicate membership. It allows a single experience to
be shared once, without altering the limits that protect the experience. Boundaries remain
intact, and the character of Élitaire remains unchanged.

On Trust
Pass operates on trust rather than verification. It assumes judgment in choosing who the
experience is extended to. The gesture remains personal, quiet, and finite, shaped by
familiarity rather than entitlement.

On What It Allows
Pass allows continuity when travel pauses. It ensures that a year without movement does not
break the relationship with Élitaire. The experience continues, simply through someone else,
without becoming diluted or routine.

In Practice
Pass may be used once, at the member’s discretion. The stay is curated and handled as any
Élitaire experience would be. No additional access is granted, and no expectation is created
beyond that single moment.
